Cook the stuffing mix according to package instructions, ensuring the mixture is moist and fluffy.

Combine turkey gravy mix, water, and cream of chicken soup in a medium saucepan. Whisk thoroughly and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for several minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.

Preheat oven to 175°C. Lay out turkey breast slices on a clean surface. Place 60 ml (1/4 cup) of prepared stuffing in the center of each slice, then roll tightly and position seam side down in a greased 33 x 23 cm baking dish.

Pour approximately 240 ml (1 cup) of prepared gravy over the rolled turkey slices. Cover the dish securely with aluminium foil and bake for 30 minutes, until heated through and bubbling.

Carefully remove foil. Plate turkey roll ups with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables if desired. Serve remaining gravy on the side.
