Place the pork chops in a single layer in the base of the slow cooker.

Pour the cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup evenly over the pork chops. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the soups.

Cover with the lid and cook on low heat for 4 hours or on high heat for 3 hours. Ensure the pork reaches an internal temperature of 63°C.

Before serving, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top if desired. Serve hot.
