# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Add old-fashioned (rolled) oats to a food processor or blender. Blend until a fluffy, flour-like consistency is achieved, scraping down the sides as needed.
02 - Add oat milk, oat flour, cocoa powder, and maple syrup to a small pot over medium heat. Whisk for the first minute to avoid lumps, then switch to a wooden spoon or spatula to prevent sticking. Stir until the mixture simmers. Let rest for a couple of minutes before pouring into mugs.
03 - Top hot chocolate with coconut whipped cream and cacao nibs, or enjoy plain.
04 - Mix oat flour and cocoa powder in a jar. For each serving, mix 2 tbsp of the mixture, 1 cup oat milk, and 1 tbsp maple syrup.
