03 - 1 bag ghost-shaped marshmallows or 4 packages ghost Peeps
04 - Mini chocolate chips, for decorating faces

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 230°C. Evenly spread semi-sweet chocolate chips in the base of a 23 cm ovenproof skillet or baking dish. Pour warmed heavy cream over the chocolate.
02 - Arrange a single layer of ghost-shaped marshmallows over the chocolate mixture, covering completely.
03 - Place mini chocolate chips onto the ghost marshmallows to enhance facial features, positioning for eyes and mouth.
04 - Transfer skillet to the oven and bake until the chocolate is melted and marshmallows are golden, about 8 to 10 minutes.
05 - Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.
