# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into 2 cm cubes. In a large bowl, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until potatoes are evenly coated.
02 - Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Arrange potatoes in the basket and cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally for even crisping. Potatoes should be golden and crisp on the exterior, tender inside.
03 - Cut chicken breasts into 2 cm cubes. Place in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until evenly coated.
