01 -
Set the oven to 190°C to ensure even baking.
02 -
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ease cleanup.
03 -
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add minced garlic, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2 more minutes until fragrant.
04 -
Remove skillet from heat and stir in half of the Parmesan and cheddar cheeses until fully incorporated.
05 -
Open biscuit dough can, separate into individual biscuits, and flatten each into a small circle.
06 -
Place a generous spoonful of beef mixture onto each biscuit circle. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges tightly to form sealed balls.
07 -
Place each formed bomb on the prepared baking sheet.
08 -
Combine melted butter with chopped parsley and brush generously over the tops of each bomb.
09 -
Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan and cheddar cheeses on top of the bombs for extra cheesiness.
10 -
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown with melted cheese bubbling.
11 -
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Optionally garnish with extra parsley.
