# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 480 g all-purpose flour
02 - 240 ml whole milk, warmed
03 - 7 g active dry yeast
04 - 50 g granulated sugar
05 - 5 g salt
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 60 g unsalted butter, melted

→ Filling

08 - 15 g ground cinnamon
09 - 40 g granulated sugar
10 - 30 g unsalted butter, melted

→ Glaze

11 - 80 g honey
12 - 50 g powdered sugar
13 - 15 ml whole milk

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Warm the milk slightly and combine with granulated sugar and active dry yeast. Let rest for 5–10 minutes until frothy.
02 - Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually incorporate flour until a soft dough forms.
03 - Knead dough using a stand mixer with dough hook for 5–6 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled.
04 - On a floured surface, roll dough into a large rectangle. Brush evenly with melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
05 - Roll the dough tightly from the long edge to create a log. Slice into 25 mm thick rounds using a sharp knife or dental floss.
06 - Place the buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes until puffy.
07 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Bake buns for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
08 - While buns are warm, whisk honey, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. Drizzle generously over the buns and let set before serving.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - For best texture, use a cooling rack to allow buns to cool and glaze to set properly.
