Cook jumbo pasta shells in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and set aside to cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, 100 g shredded Swiss cheese, chopped chicken breast, cubed ham, and half of the chopped bacon. Add salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder, and stir until evenly mixed.

Fill each cooked pasta shell generously with the prepared chicken, ham, and cheese mixture. Arrange stuffed shells in a single layer in a greased baking dish.

Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells. Top with remaining shredded Swiss cheese and the rest of the chopped bacon.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
