If using dry-packed sun-dried tomatoes, place them in a small bowl and cover with hot water to rehydrate. Let sit for a few minutes, then drain. If using oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, pat them dry.

Place the Caesar dressing in a medium bowl and stir together with 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Add the chicken, romaine lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly in the dressing.

Lay each wrap on a work surface. Divide the chicken Caesar mixture into 4 portions and pile one portion onto each wrap. Roll snugly, tucking in two opposing sides to secure the filling. If desired, slice in half.

Enjoy the wraps immediately or wrap them in foil, parchment paper, or plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
