Drizzle olive oil over chicken breasts and rub evenly. Season both sides with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 7-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C. Remove from heat and dice into bite-sized pieces.
02 -
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and a splash of olive oil, melting the butter thoroughly. Pour in heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese. Whisk continuously until the cheese fully melts and the mixture simmers. When the sauce thickens, remove from heat.
03 -
Arrange frozen garlic toast on a baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the toast, then top with diced chicken pieces.
04 -
Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 10-15 minutes until the bread is heated through and cheese is melted. Remove from oven and drizzle creamy Alfredo sauce over each piece.
05 -
Plate the garlic toast warm and enjoy immediately for best taste and texture.
