Set the oven to 190°C and grease a 23×33 cm baking dish.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, fold together the cooked tortellini, pizza sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni slices. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly and top with the remaining mozzarella and optional Italian cheese blend.

Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
