# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Brew 120 ml espresso or strong coffee using high-quality beans for optimal flavor.
02 - In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, freshly brewed espresso, Licor 43, and sugar if desired. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until the mixture is chilled and foamy.
03 - Fill three tumblers with ice and strain the foamy mixture over the ice. Optionally spoon foam from the shaker on top.
04 - Pour Licor 43 into a serving glass, add hot espresso or coffee, and stir thoroughly. Optionally add sugar to taste.
