# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Position oven rack in center and preheat to 200°C. Grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin evenly with cooking spray.
02 - Roll thawed puff pastry on a clean surface into a 25 cm square. Slice into five strips measuring 5 cm wide, then cut each strip into 5 cm squares. Place squares flat into the muffin tin cups.
03 - Distribute mozzarella chunks evenly into each pastry cup. Place a halved cherry tomato on top of the cheese, cut side down.
