# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll sheets
02 - 6 ounces thinly sliced deli ham
03 - 4 ounces sliced pepperoni
04 - 4 ounces Genoa salami
05 - 6 slices provolone cheese
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini, patted dry
08 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
10 - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
11 - Nonstick cooking spray, for greasing

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Unroll one can of crescent roll sheet and press it into the bottom of the baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes until slightly set.
03 - Layer ham, pepperoni, salami, provolone slices, and shredded mozzarella over the pre-baked crust. Evenly distribute sliced pepperoncini on top.
04 - Unroll second crescent sheet and place over the layered ingredients. Gently press to seal. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with Parmesan and oregano.
05 - Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Allow to cool for 15 minutes. Slice into squares and serve warm or at room temperature.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Pat pepperoncini dry before layering to prevent excess moisture and soggy crust.
02 - Even layering of ingredients ensures uniform flavor in each square.
03 - Use crescent roll sheets, not standard rolls, for best texture and layering.
