# What You'll Need:

→ Vanilla Cinnamon Iced Coffee

01 - 360 ml strong ground coffee
02 - 1.9 litres water
03 - Ice cubes, as needed
04 - 10 ml vanilla cinnamon syrup, or to taste
05 - Half-and-half dairy, to taste

06 - 200 g granulated sugar
07 - 240 ml water
08 - 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
09 - 10 ml vanilla extract
10 - 2 g ground cinnamon

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Combine granulated sugar and 240 ml water in a small saucepan. Add split vanilla bean and ground cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves completely. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and let cool. Strain into a bottle or jar; refrigerate.
02 - Place 360 ml strong ground coffee and 1.9 litres water in a large French press or coffeemaker. Brew according to equipment instructions. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate.
03 - Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour chilled coffee over ice. Add 10 ml vanilla cinnamon syrup, or more to taste. Top with half-and-half as desired. Stir well and serve immediately.

01 - Vanilla cinnamon syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
02 - Brewed coffee concentrate keeps well for up to one week when chilled in a sealed container.
