Preheat oven to 230°C. If using refrigerated dough, preheat per package instructions. Stretch the prepared dough to fit a 30 x 43 cm baking sheet.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and stir well.

Warm refried beans and spread evenly over the dough. Top with the seasoned ground beef, then sprinkle with shredded Colby-Jack cheese.

Scatter diced tomato and sliced black olives evenly over the cheese layer.

Bake in preheated oven for 16–18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Remove from oven and let rest 5–10 minutes. Sprinkle with sliced green onions.

Slice pizza into squares. Serve with salsa and sour cream as desired.
