Heat 15 ml olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add honey, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes if using to the skillet. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat thoroughly. Cook for 5 additional minutes, stirring occasionally to meld flavors.

Gently fold cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing until evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
