# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 340 grams of pasta and cook following package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat 15 ml olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
03 - Add honey, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes if using to the skillet. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
04 - Add cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat thoroughly. Cook for 5 additional minutes, stirring occasionally to meld flavors.
05 - Gently fold cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing until evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
06 - Plate warm and garnish with chopped green onions and Parmesan cheese if desired.
