06 - 2 tablespoons raspberry jam

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Cook bacon slices in a skillet or oven until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
02 - In a bowl, mash fresh raspberries with raspberry jam and chipotle chilli powder until well mixed.
03 - Spread softened butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
04 - Place half of the bread slices buttered side down. Layer with cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, and a spoonful of raspberry chipotle filling. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
05 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Toast sandwiches on both sides until bread is golden and cheese is melted, about 3–4 minutes per side.
