01 -
Chop larger candy bars, pretzels, nuts, and dried fruits into bite-sized pieces. Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
02 -
Gently melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler. If microwaving, heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each until smooth. Stir in coconut oil if needed for a glossy finish.
03 -
Remove the melted chocolate from heat and let it cool slightly for about one minute to prevent melting delicate mix-ins.
04 -
Fold all prepared mix-ins into the melted chocolate using a silicone spatula, ensuring an even coating and a thick, chunky consistency.
05 -
Using a spoon or small scoop, drop heaping portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Optionally, sprinkle flaky sea salt or additional candy on top while chocolate is still warm.
06 -
Allow clusters to set at room temperature for 30–45 minutes or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until firm. Once hardened, carefully peel from parchment paper and serve or store.
