01 - 2 bags (227 g each) kettle-cooked potato chips

→ Toppings

02 - 120 g powdered Parmesan cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning mix
04 - Fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish (optional)
05 - Non-stick cooking spray

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 150°C.
02 - Spread the potato chips evenly in a large roasting pan.
03 - Lightly spray chips with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese and half of the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chips. Gently toss to coat.
04 - Bake chips in the oven for 10 minutes.
05 - Carefully remove the pan from the oven. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and ranch seasoning over the chips. Toss gently to distribute.
06 - Return the chips to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
07 - Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
