Preheat the oven to 150°C.

Spread the potato chips evenly in a large roasting pan.

Lightly spray chips with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese and half of the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chips. Gently toss to coat.

Bake chips in the oven for 10 minutes.

Carefully remove the pan from the oven. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and ranch seasoning over the chips. Toss gently to distribute.

Return the chips to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
