Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Lightly coat a large baking dish or baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside.

Place chicken breasts between two sheets of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Pound each breast to an even thickness of approximately 1.5 cm.

Brush both sides of each chicken breast with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.

Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer on the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).

Remove chicken from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
