01 - 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
02 - 125 ml small tapioca pearls (sago)
03 - 240 ml coconut milk
04 - 120 ml evaporated milk or regular milk
05 - 2–3 tablespoons sugar, to taste
06 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
07 - 120 ml water

08 - Extra mango cubes (optional)
09 - Mint leaves (optional)

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Cook tapioca pearls in boiling water as per package instructions until translucent. Rinse thoroughly under cold water and drain well.
02 - In a blender, combine one and a half diced mangoes, coconut milk, evaporated milk or regular milk, sugar, salt, and water. Blend until completely smooth.
03 - Stir the drained tapioca pearls into the blended mango mixture and mix to combine evenly.
04 - Transfer the mixture to a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until thoroughly chilled.
05 - Distribute into serving bowls or glasses. Top with the reserved diced mango and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
