In a bowl, mix sugar-free ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. Pour over beef mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.

Sprinkle cooked and crumbled bacon evenly over the beef layer.

Whisk eggs in a small bowl until well blended. Pour eggs evenly over the casserole.
