Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss diced sweet potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes until tender and slightly crisp.

While potatoes roast, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Break into crumbles with a spatula.

Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine and cook until beef is fully cooked through, no longer pink.

Place lettuce or greens into serving bowls. Top with roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned beef, cheese, and preferred toppings. Drizzle with sauce and serve.
