10 - 1/2 cup chopped pickles
11 - 1/2 cup pickled onions
12 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
13 - Favorite burger-style sauce, for drizzling

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss diced sweet potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes until tender and slightly crisp.
02 - While potatoes roast, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Break into crumbles with a spatula.
03 - Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir to combine and cook until beef is fully cooked through, no longer pink.
04 - Place lettuce or greens into serving bowls. Top with roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned beef, cheese, and preferred toppings. Drizzle with sauce and serve.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Use ground turkey or chicken as a leaner substitute for beef.
02 - Customize toppings with bacon bits, sautéed mushrooms, or jalapeños for extra flavor.
