19 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
20 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
21 - 1 teaspoon paprika
22 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
23 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
24 - 1 teaspoon sugar

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, pickle relish, yellow mustard, ketchup, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and sugar. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Set aside.
02 - Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
03 - In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, ketchup, egg yolk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.
04 - Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 2 cm thick.
05 - Place the patties on the preheated grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 71°C for medium doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cover the grill or skillet to melt the cheese.
06 - While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in the skillet until golden brown.
07 - Spread a generous amount of the special sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place a beef patty on top of the sauce. Add your favorite toppings such as lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickles. Spread more special sauce on the top half of each bun. Cover the patties with the top half of the buns.
08 - Serve the cheeseburgers hot with your favorite sides such as fries, coleslaw, or a salad.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Use 80% lean ground beef for the juiciest patties.
02 - Don't overmix the meat to keep the burgers tender.
03 - Toast the buns to help hold up all the toppings.
04 - The special sauce can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to a week.
05 - Cook the patties to an internal temperature of 71°C for medium doneness.
