14 - 1 large red onion, halved and thinly sliced
15 - 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
16 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
17 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, turkey sausage, bread crumbs, basil, oregano, fennel seeds, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Gently mix with your fingers until evenly incorporated without compacting the meat. Shape the mixture into 6 patties.
03 - Grill patties over medium-high heat until browned on the bottom, about 5 minutes. Flip and continue grilling until fully cooked, approximately 5 more minutes. When almost ready, top each burger with Mozzarella and Asiago cheese.
04 - In a medium bowl, toss red onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper slices with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
05 - Place vegetables in a grill basket and grill until softened and lightly charred, about 8 minutes, turning often to avoid burning.
06 - Toast the hamburger buns on the grill as desired.
07 - Serve cooked turkey burgers on toasted buns, topped with grilled vegetables. Enjoy immediately.
