15 - 15 ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
16 - 15 ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed

→ Toppings (Optional)

17 - Shredded cheese
18 - Diced tomatoes
19 - Sliced green onions
20 - Sour cream

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Turn your Instant Pot to Saute mode, then select More. Add the olive oil to the pot. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up the meat with a spatula as you stir.
02 - Add the diced onion and cook for 3 more minutes or until softened.
03 - Add the garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, pepper and beans to the pot.
04 - Turn the Instant Pot to the Chili/Beans setting and secure the lid. Cook for 20 minutes. Release the pressure either manually or allow it to release naturally.
05 - Ladle the chili into bowls and serve with your choice of toppings.
