Preheat the oven to 175°C and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

Scoop 15 grams of cookie dough and roll into a smooth ball. Continue until all dough is portioned.

Roll each dough ball in holiday sprinkles, then insert a popsicle stick into the center of each ball. Place on baking sheets, ensuring at least 5 cm between each.

Bake according to dough manufacturer instructions, approximately 12 to 15 minutes, until cookies flatten and edges are lightly golden.

Allow cookie pops to cool completely to prevent them from breaking off the sticks when handled.
