# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Slice apples lengthwise into 1.25 cm thick slices. Using a ghost-shaped cookie cutter, cut out 12 apple pieces. Pierce three small holes in each for eyes and mouth with a straw or skewer. Toss in a bowl with lemon juice to prevent browning.
02 - Fill a large punch bowl with ice. Add the ghost-shaped apple slices, blood orange rounds, blackberries, and pomegranate seeds. Gently toss to combine.
03 - Pour the light-bodied red wine, Italian soda, créme de cassis, and simple syrup over the fruit and ice. Stir gently until thoroughly combined. Serve well chilled.
