Rinse shrimp thoroughly under cold water, pat them dry with paper towels, and remove the tails if desired.

Combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Allow to marinate for 10–15 minutes.

Heat the grill or grill pan to medium-high. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the grill. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque with light grill marks.

Transfer cooked shrimp to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Add an extra squeeze of lemon if desired.
