Lay out flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the beef mixture evenly among the tortillas, spreading it in a line slightly off-centre. Fold in the sides and gently roll the tortilla to form a tight wrap.

Heat a grill pan or large skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and grill for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden and slightly crisp. Serve warm.
