In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown and crumble the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper. Stir to thoroughly combine, then reduce heat to low and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.

Scatter shredded cheddar cheese down the centre of each tortilla. Evenly distribute the warm beef mixture over the cheese. Drizzle a small amount of yellow mustard atop the beef, and if desired, add extra ketchup. Layer with tomato slices. Roll each tortilla securely burrito-style to enclose the filling.

Place wraps, seam side down, on a preheated grill (indoor or outdoor). Grill two at a time for 3 to 5 minutes, or until marked and golden brown, rotating as needed for even colouring.

Transfer wraps onto a plate. Gently open the ends to add lettuce and sliced red onion, then re-roll. Slice diagonally at the centre before serving. Serve hot.
