Best Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g lean ground beef
02 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
03 - 30 ml ketchup
04 - 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
05 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Wraps

06 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Toppings

07 - Shredded cheddar cheese
08 - Lettuce leaves
09 - Tomato slices
10 - Sliced red onion
11 - Yellow mustard

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown and crumble the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper. Stir to thoroughly combine, then reduce heat to low and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
02 - Scatter shredded cheddar cheese down the centre of each tortilla. Evenly distribute the warm beef mixture over the cheese. Drizzle a small amount of yellow mustard atop the beef, and if desired, add extra ketchup. Layer with tomato slices. Roll each tortilla securely burrito-style to enclose the filling.
03 - Place wraps, seam side down, on a preheated grill (indoor or outdoor). Grill two at a time for 3 to 5 minutes, or until marked and golden brown, rotating as needed for even colouring.
04 - Transfer wraps onto a plate. Gently open the ends to add lettuce and sliced red onion, then re-roll. Slice diagonally at the centre before serving. Serve hot.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Ensure beef mixture is well-drained to prevent tortillas from becoming soggy during grilling.
02 - Wrap tortillas tightly to help fillings remain contained during grilling and serving.
