In a separate bowl, mix yellow cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, pistachio pudding mix, and sour cream until fully incorporated and uniform in color.

Grease a baking pan and pour the red velvet batter first, then carefully layer the green batter over it. Bake following the cake mix package instructions and until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool completely to room temperature. Once cooled, frost the top with white icing followed by green icing to create a festive pattern. Finish by sprinkling red heart-shaped decorations on top.
