Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towel and season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add steak cubes in a single layer.

Sear steak for 3–4 minutes, turning to brown all sides to your preferred doneness. Transfer steak bites to a plate and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Add minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.

Return steak bites to the skillet. Toss with garlic herb butter and cook 1–2 minutes more. Remove skillet from heat and set aside.

In a separate skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.

Add grated Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.

Season sauce with salt and pepper. Simmer 2–3 minutes, stirring, until slightly thickened.

Pour the Parmesan cream sauce over the steak bites or serve alongside as a dipping sauce. Garnish with extra parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
