# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towel and season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add steak cubes in a single layer.
03 - Sear steak for 3–4 minutes, turning to brown all sides to your preferred doneness. Transfer steak bites to a plate and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Add minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
05 - Return steak bites to the skillet. Toss with garlic herb butter and cook 1–2 minutes more. Remove skillet from heat and set aside.
06 - In a separate skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat.
