# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 680 grams chicken tenderloins

→ Cajun Seasoning

02 - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
03 - 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
07 - 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
09 - 0.5 teaspoon fine sea salt
10 - 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

→ For Cooking

11 - 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for coating chicken

→ Garlic Butter

12 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
13 - 4 cloves garlic, finely minced

→ Herbs

14 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Drizzle chicken tenderloins lightly with olive oil and toss to evenly coat. Generously season both sides of the chicken pieces with the Cajun seasoning blend.
02 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Arrange the chicken in the pan in a single layer, working in batches if necessary to avoid crowding. Sear chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
03 - Reduce the heat to low. Move the chicken to one side of the pan. Add butter to the opposite side and allow it to melt. Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
04 - Turn off the heat. Toss the seared chicken tenderloins thoroughly in the garlic butter mixture to coat. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - This dish adapts well to chicken breasts or thighs cut into strips or cubes. Adjust cayenne pepper for preferred heat level. Ensure chicken is not overcrowded while searing for optimal browning.
