Rinse and hull the strawberries, then cut them into halves or quarters to ease blending.

Place strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy with an even pink hue.

Spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, filling them evenly and leaving a small gap at the top for expansion during freezing.

Transfer molds to the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid and firm.

Pop out the frozen bites from the molds and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
