# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 300 g fresh strawberries, washed and hulled

→ Dairy

02 - 240 g full-fat Greek yogurt

→ Sweeteners

03 - 30 ml honey or maple syrup

→ Flavorings

04 - 5 ml vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of salt

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Rinse and hull the strawberries, then cut them into halves or quarters to ease blending.
02 - Place strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy with an even pink hue.
03 - Spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, filling them evenly and leaving a small gap at the top for expansion during freezing.
04 - Transfer molds to the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid and firm.
05 - Pop out the frozen bites from the molds and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Use ripe strawberries for optimal sweetness and flavor. Adjust sweetness to taste and avoid over-blending to retain some texture.
