# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a 23×33 cm baking dish.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add diced onion and sauté until softened. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
03 - Drain excess fat from the skillet. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and frozen mixed vegetables. Cook for 2–3 minutes, ensuring the mixture is well combined.
04 - Transfer the beef mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese over the surface.
05 - Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly over the tater tots.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and the filling is bubbling.
07 - Allow the casserole to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
