10 - 0.5 tsp onion powder

11 - 6 sub rolls, 15 cm each

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - In a large skillet over high heat, cook ground beef, chopped onion, and bell pepper until beef is browned and vegetables are soft. Drain excess fat and juices.
02 - Reduce heat to medium. Add diced provolone, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until cheeses melt and mixture is well combined. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, then remove from heat.
03 - Slice each sub roll in half and fill with a generous spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture.
04 - Top each filled roll with additional provolone if desired. Place under a broiler for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
