09 - 250 ml crushed pineapple, well-drained
10 - 60 ml chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

→ Garnish

11 - Whipped cream, for topping
12 - Fresh lime zest, for garnish

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Dissolve lime gelatin powder in 240 ml boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Add 240 ml cold water, then mix in crushed pineapple and chopped nuts if using. Pour into a 33×23 cm glass dish and refrigerate for 45-60 minutes until set.
02 - Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping or freshly whipped cream until fully combined. Once green gelatin is set, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over it using an offset spatula. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
03 - Dissolve cherry or raspberry gelatin powder in 240 ml boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Add 240 ml cold water and let cool to room temperature. Carefully pour over chilled cream layer. Return to refrigerator and chill for 1-2 hours until fully set.
04 - Cut into squares. Top each piece with a swirl of whipped cream and sprinkle with fresh lime zest. Serve chilled for best texture and flavor.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Allow each layer to set fully before adding the next to maintain distinct, vibrant layers and prevent color bleeding.
02 - Cool gelatin mixtures to room temperature before layering over cream to avoid melting.
03 - Drain crushed pineapple thoroughly to prevent excess liquid from affecting gelatin setting.
