Wash, hull, and cut the strawberries into quarters to facilitate smooth blending.

Combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy with a uniform pink color.

Spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, filling them evenly and leaving slight space for expansion during freezing.

Place filled molds into the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Remove frozen bites from molds by gently pressing from the bottom. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.
