# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 300 grams fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered

→ Dairy

02 - 245 grams Greek yogurt, full-fat or low-fat

→ Sweeteners and Flavorings

03 - 30 milliliters honey or pure maple syrup
04 - 5 milliliters vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of salt (approx. 1 gram)

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Wash, hull, and cut the strawberries into quarters to facilitate smooth blending.
02 - Combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy with a uniform pink color.
03 - Spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, filling them evenly and leaving slight space for expansion during freezing.
04 - Place filled molds into the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
05 - Remove frozen bites from molds by gently pressing from the bottom. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Use ripe strawberries for optimal sweetness and flavor. Adjust sweetener according to taste. Avoid over-blending to retain some strawberry texture.
