In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until fully browned and crumbly. Add diced onion and sauté for 5 minutes until softened. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to blend flavors and thicken the mixture.

Preheat oven to 190°C. Transfer beef mixture evenly into a greased 23x33 cm baking dish. Spread shredded cheddar cheese over the beef, then arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.

Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes until tater tots are golden brown and crispy, and cheese is bubbling. Optionally, add extra cheese on top during the last 5 minutes for more cheesiness.

Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley or diced pickles as desired. Serve hot.
