Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously grease a loaf pan or spray with cooking spray. Standard 8.5 × 4.5 inch loaf pan works well.

In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mash the ripe bananas with a fork or potato masher until smooth with minimal lumps.

Add all remaining ingredients to the mashed bananas and mix with a whisk until just combined. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed, being careful not to overmix.

Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to reach room temperature. Slice and serve once completely cooled.
