Evenly spread the frozen meatballs in the bottom of the casserole dish.

Pour the pasta sauce and water over the meatballs to create a saucy base.

Add the uncooked pasta to the dish and gently stir to combine with the sauce and meatballs.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes or until the pasta is tender.

Remove foil, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly on top, then bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Sprinkle fresh basil or parsley over the casserole before serving.
