Cut the cucumbers into chunks and transfer them to a blender. Add the cold water, granulated sugar, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is very smooth and the sugar has fully dissolved.

Pour the blended liquid through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher. Use a spoon to press out as much liquid as possible, discarding the solids. Skipping straining is optional for a more rustic texture.

Fill glasses generously with ice cubes. Pour the cucumber agua fresca over ice and serve immediately.
