Crispy Baked Ranch Chicken (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 170 g each)

→ Coating

02 - 1 packet (28 g) ranch dressing seasoning mix
03 - 1 cup (35 g) crushed corn flakes
04 - 60 ml salted butter, melted
05 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Coat a 23x33 cm baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
02 - In a shallow dish, thoroughly mix ranch seasoning, crushed corn flakes, and Parmesan cheese.
03 - Melt butter in a microwave-safe dish. Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, ensuring even coverage, then press into the ranch-cornflake-Parmesan mixture until the entire surface is coated.
04 - Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish in a single layer. Sprinkle any remaining coating mixture over the top of each piece.
05 - Bake uncovered for 35 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 74°C. Serve immediately while hot.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - For extra crispness, allow the coated chicken breasts to rest for five minutes before baking to help the coating adhere better.
