In a medium saucepan, combine rinsed rice, coconut milk, water, and salt. Bring mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat.

Reduce heat to low, cover with a lid, and simmer for 18 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.

Remove saucepan from heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes. Then gently fluff rice with a wooden spoon or rice paddle.
