In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine the softened cream cheese, 120 g mozzarella, ricotta, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.

Add the cooked bacon, sausage, and cheese mixture to the skillet. Stir to combine, then spread evenly in the pan.

Evenly spread pizza sauce over the cheese-meat mixture. Top with remaining 120 g mozzarella, arrange pepperoni slices over the surface, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
