01 -
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
02 -
Stir in taco seasoning, cream cheese, sour cream, and salsa. Cook, stirring continuously, until fully incorporated and creamy. Remove the pan from heat and mix in shredded pepper jack cheese until melted and combined.
03 -
Warm tortillas in the microwave for 20–30 seconds covered with a damp towel to make them pliable.
04 -
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of prepared beef mixture along one edge of each tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
05 -
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) or preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Bake flautas for 15 minutes or until golden and crisp, or air fry for 3–4 minutes until crispy.
06 -
Serve immediately with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro, as desired.
