04 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Wraps

08 - 450 g lean ground beef
09 - 120 ml finely chopped onion
10 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
11 - 4 large flour tortillas
12 - 100 g shredded lettuce
13 - 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
14 - Dill pickle slices, optional
15 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until homogeneous. Refrigerate until needed.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft, about 3 minutes. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook, breaking into crumbles, until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
03 - Warm the tortillas briefly to make them pliable. Spread a generous layer of prepared special sauce on each tortilla. Distribute the cooked ground beef evenly across tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and dill pickle slices as desired.
04 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to encase the filling. Slice in half if preferred and serve immediately.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, toast the wraps in a dry skillet before serving.
