Beefy Nacho Cheese Wrap (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Beef Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning (about 28 g)

→ Nacho Cheese Mixture

03 - 240 ml nacho cheese sauce
04 - 1 can (approx. 300 g) Rotel tomatoes, drained well

→ Fresh Toppings

05 - 80 ml sour cream
06 - 75 g bell peppers, chopped
07 - 75 g onions, chopped
08 - Shredded lettuce, to taste

→ For Wrapping

09 - Crumbled nacho cheese Doritos, to taste
10 - 4 large flour tortillas

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking apart with a spatula, until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
02 - Stir in taco seasoning until thoroughly combined with the beef. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add chopped onions and bell peppers over medium heat. Sauté for 3–5 minutes until softened. Set aside.
04 - In a mixing bowl, combine nacho cheese sauce with well-drained Rotel tomatoes. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
05 - On a flat surface, lay out the four large flour tortillas. Spread a strip of nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
06 - Top each tortilla with a dollop of sour cream, sautéed onions and peppers, seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, and a sprinkling of crumbled nacho cheese Doritos.
07 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to enclose the fillings, forming burrito-style wraps.
08 - Place the wraps seam-side down in a heated skillet over medium heat. Toast until golden brown and crisp on all sides, turning as needed.
09 - Slice each wrap in half if desired. Serve immediately while warm, accompanied by additional nacho cheese sauce or sour cream if preferred.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - To enhance texture, lightly pre-toast tortillas before assembling to prevent sogginess.
02 - For added customization, offer toppings such as diced jalapeños, chopped tomatoes, or fresh cilantro.
03 - Ensure Rotel tomatoes are fully drained to avoid excess moisture in the wraps.
04 - Keep completed wraps warm by placing them in a low oven if preparing ahead.
